  • That’s a great question! Unfortunately, I can’t predict how much weight you will lose. Most people experience a weight loss of 0.5-2.0 pounds per week. Of course, this could be more or less per week depending on your current weight, adherence to the program, and other factors.

  • Absolutely! I can help you manage (and even overcome) your health conditions while working with you. While I don’t treat medical conditions directly, I am trained to coach those with health conditions or in various life phases. These may include, but are not limited to, diabetes, hypertension, hypo/hyperthyroidism, diabetes, and specialty diets such as gluten-free or vegetarian/vegan.

    I will partner with your registered dietitian and any other medical providers while working with you.

  • Nope! Many different nutrition plans can help you achieve the results you want. Wei will work together to create a nutrition plan matching your goals, and preferences. I will work with you to determine the right amount of carbs, fats, proteins, and vegetables for your current weight, activity level, and body composition goals.

  • Before your introductory meeting, I will send you an intake questionnaire. It’ll take about 20 minutes to complete and helps me understand your goals, preferences, and routines. After submitting your responses, I will schedule your initial meeting.

  • No, but you can receive recipes and videos to help you plan meals.

  • I make communication and check-ins with me as easy as possible through the Precision Nutrition ProCoach app.

Pricing and Billing

  • Your first 14 days are on me. I will charge you the initial plan amount at the end of the trial period. Once your initial plan ends, your plan will renew at the same price for the time duration you signed up for. Your charges will go through automatically until you decide to cancel.

  • First, start with a conversation with your medical provider to obtain a letter of medical necessity.

    Next, sign up for coaching using your credit or debit card at checkout.

    After your payment has been processed, you can request an receipt from me.

    Finally, submit your receipt and Letter of Medical Necessity to the claims portal of your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.

  • To confirm eligibility to use HSA/FSA funds for coaching with me, you are required to obtain a Letter of Medical Necessity from a medical provider stating that weight loss would be beneficial for prevention or treatment of a specific medical condition.

    Generally, most HSA and FSA plans will cover services for weight loss support when these services are determined to be medically necessary for prevention or treatment of a documented medical diagnosis. To confirm whether your plan qualifies, it is recommended that you contact your HSA/FSA provider directly to make sure you are eligible.

  • It is best to check on the specific requirements of your HSA or FSA plan to confirm if a family member can use these funds. Typically, if a family member has a letter of medical necessity signed by a provider that recommends weight loss for a medical condition, they should be eligible to use HSA or FSA funds for coaching with me.

  • There are several options to choose from. At $159/month, you have the flexibility to pause or cancel anytime. See my 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month options.
